One of my all time favourite illustrators, i find David Downton's work is absolutely beautiful... The way he uses an image but breaks it down to the simplistic form and with a few shades of colour and a detailed couple of outlines he has a piece of art that is elegant. My reasons to why i find his work amazing is the fact that its back to basic hand drawn. The subtle shades of colour that are almost water down for that soft feel.

Vibrant colours

Stina Persson:

Persson's work is so vibrant, it becomes impossible not to notice. I love the fact that her work is used up from various bold shades of colour. Whether she uses ink, watercolour or collage she still makes beautiful pieces of art. Her designs have been used in various fashion magazines, finding that her work stands out creating the viewer to focus more to that page.
